Ingredients of Mutton Kebabs
Step 1 Wash and mince the meat
To prepare these yummy Mutton kebabs begin with cleaning the meat properly under running water then drain the excess water and keep it aside. In the meantime wash the onions and finely chop them. Make a paste of green chillies by crushing them in a mortar and pestle. After this mince the mutton pieces but if you already have minced mutton then you can simply skip this step.
Step 2 Make the minced meat mix
Now take a large bowl and add the minced mutton along with finely chopped onions, green chilli paste, rice flour and salt. Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside for about 40 minutes. Let the mutton absorb the spices. If you want to make it more spicy, you can add some black pepper powder or red chili powder.
Step 3 Deep fry the kebabs
Then put a kadhai on medium flame and heat the refined oil. You can also use ghee if you want to make these kebabs in the traditional way. On the other hand after the mutton mixture is marinated, take equal portions of the mixture and make balls and then flatten them and slip into the hot oil.
